Here at The Cotton Textile Company, we want to take care of people and planet. Here are some of the ways in which we have implemented positive change:

1. We are Living Wage Employers. 
2. We have recycling bins and food waste wormery on site. 
3. We recycle textile waste, which is shredded for sofa stuffing, industrial use etc. 
4. We are aiming to achieve B Corp status this year. 
5. We have reduced packaging for all of our products. 
6. We use recycled fabrics where possible. 
7. We partner with only accredited factories, some with local charity programmes. 
8. We offer work from home and flexible working options for staff. 
9. Increased use of video call meetings. Reduced need for travel to in person meetings. 
10. We use trains and car sharing when in person meetings are necessary.  
11. We provide staff environmental training, such as the Green Skills for Small Business programme.
