Taking on an apprentice or upskilling your existing staff with an apprenticeship is a great way to  grow your business.

Benefits of taking on an apprentice not only benefits your employees in helping them to gain industry recognised qualifications, they also improve your business productivity going forward. For example have you considered a management level apprenticeship to help upskill and fill an internal promotion?

Recent studies by Gov.uk have shown that:

• 86% of employers said apprenticeships helped them develop skills relevant to their organisation.
• 78% of employers said apprenticeships helped them improve productivity.
• 74% of employers said apprenticeships helped them improve the quality of their product or service.

With this in mind and as part of our celebration of National Apprenticeship Week (February 5 – 11) ACL Essex will be hosting a variety of events to showcase how we can support businesses with their employees internal career progression.
