Palmers Solicitors, which has offices in Basildon, Rayleigh, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, has received a ringing endorsement following the annual inspection required for the renewal of its Law Society Lexcel Practice Management accreditation.
The Lexcel accreditation is a mark of quality for client care and practice management and is awarded to law firms that work in accordance with the highest standards of professional best practice and client care.
In his report, the assessor commended the firm on its processes in a wide range of areas from business continuity during the Coronavirus pandemic, to its monitoring of client satisfaction and its anti-money laundering measures.
Tim Steele, a Partner at Palmers Solicitors, said: “Delivering excellent client service is fundamental to what we do, which is why we have such a robust set of procedures in place to ensure we are compliant with regulators’ requirements and consistently providing a great service.
“It is wonderful to have received such a strong endorsement once again this year. This is a reflection of the hard work and commitment of our whole team.
“Our focus on having meticulous plans and processes have put us in an excellent position to be able to stay open for business throughout the pandemic, while maintaining high levels of client service throughout.
“As the assessor noted, our planning for this sort of event began in 2009 and has been updated and reviewed annually since then.”
