In July, Essex Chambers and Lollipop repeated last year’s successful collaboration and helped Essex business owners to get to grips with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Social media is vital to business and Jo Shaer of Lollipop presented a non-techy, jargon free workshop on how to direct traffic, create leads and nurture customers that 28 attendees enjoyed.
Bridget Holley of Bennetts Funeral Directors said “With proven results and an armoury of examples... I learned so much in a short space of time.”
Practical examples and short exercises meant each attendee could use their new knowledge straight away to build relationships and boost their business, no matter what their previous experience was.
Sarah Vaughan of Langdon Hills Golf Club was relieved to have a clearer view, saying, “I didn't quite know where to start and now I'm feeling much more confident and building my knowledge.”
With personalised advice to different industries and Jo answering lots of questions, all attendees learned clear, simple strategies to reach and engage with more of the right customers – and for those customers to find them!
Jo Dodson, CIS Services was very impressed and fed back, “The course left me with plenty of positive practical steps to take and I have been able to suggest new social media strategies to our Directors"
Kerry McBride from Safety Assured Limited summed up many attendees feelings with this quote, “I came away feeling motivated to do more with social media, particularly with LinkedIn and will be putting in to practice what I have learned.”
Given the huge success of this workshop, Essex Chambers and Lollipop are pleased to announce another chance to attend!
